What “Papers checked” means
Your company papers are accepted.
The papers we asked for are accepted, and the company's state papers (Articles) and its IRS EIN letter match the owner. If the company uses factoring, the factoring papers must be accepted too. It is not the full check: liens, debts, factoring and every owner are checked again before the contract. Until your papers are accepted, the status is “Check in progress.” “Papers checked” shows for 90 days.
